secondly, for arm wrestling, u gotta train ur upper body, mainly the forearm
do wrist curls, and dumbell rotations with weight on one side only(can do with a bag too)
just be careful doors aren't meant to be put force on side ways

Firstly, arm wrestling is technique. Rather than just trying to pin the other;s hand to the table having right angle at elbow (between forearm and biceps) , try to pull the opponents arm towards you, and once to pulled his hand to your body (at best your forearm should close upon your biceps) then use your body also to pin it down, slightly diagonal way. Also, safety. You should always ensure that the body is inline, specifically the biceps/arm and forearm should be inline with each other, never let forearm twist away, it can lead to bone break
FACTS
in a very honest opinion, if you want strength, like literally strength, calisthenics is the best, and better than powerlifting and others. That focuses more on to give you a jacked appearance and a lot of bulky gains. But if you want to focus more on strength, calisthenics is better

i worked out upper body, but my shoulders were not that much stimulated, yesterday. So can i today workout shoulders only again, so that i can tire it out properly. But im seeing shoulders should not be worked back to back, since it needs rest. But my shoulders are not sore today, so can i workout??
nothing should be worked back to back at all, maybe its just that your delts have become accustomed to the volume of ur training however soreness and muscle growth itself dont always correlate
Its normal to not have soreness sometimes, doesnt mean that ur muscles arent repairing themselves and growing
Its also a sign for you to progressive overload onto a more optimal weight ofc

'leg drive' is not an equipment dawg it's you using your legs when you bench..
The Powerlifter bench press is the only way to bench, period. If you are not tight which includes leg drive + scapula retraction, in addition to tucking in the elbows...you're doing it wrong.
