It's kind of hard to hit anything other than your front delt, which is already used in a lot of exercises. But some bodyweight movements that focus on the shoulders are pike push ups, handstand pushups, and pretty much any push up

and if youre a beginner then honestly workout routine doesnt matter TOO much as long as you get one from a reputable source, what matters more is your diet and that youre getting your macros in, espescially protein.
if youre going to the gym to lift weights, then form and the weights you choose go hand in hand. Some people say form is more important but i see people focus so much on form they dont pick the right weight that will help them get gains and instead choose lighter weights
