I just saw my AS marks (Cambridge). I got B,B,B for math chem and physics. And I was aiming for 3A’s or an AAB but now I don’t know what to do.

I can retake this Oct November but that means retaking all 8 papers (due to Cambridge) during school time and midterms, which all of my teachers recommended not to.

My math and chem mock marks were A while physics was a B. But now I don’t know what to do. I can retake next year but that means application timings are going to be messed up.

Idont think it is possible to finish the whole 2 year course in two months for any subject and get A*. Aside from that, cambridge doesn't allow you to do as and a2 together unless you are resitting. Not to discourage you or anything, if you are talented and dedicated, you will be able to complete AS Biology and some of A2 with work.

I would recommend you take your time and not rush. Biology is a theory-heavy subject and It is best to take pace and let information sink in

See, solving papers will help, but only if you already know the concepts behind it. Say you really spam papers, ull encounter questions that could be done with ur eyes closed, but if the concepts are unclear, more difficult questions come, ull be spending time tryna figure the question out, then learn how to solve it, then the concept behind it for future questions like it. The only thing this will help with is reducing time for the easy questions even though it will take you a few hours tryna figure out the more advanced questions.

What i would suggest is, do not try to rush; its a mistake alot of people make. Take your time studying the conceptual parts, watch short videos on particular topics that you absolutely despise and be sincere (alot of people lack this)

Yall, i think learning computer science or any software field is absolutely bollucks and completely impractical irl except in your job. Also impractical in the sense that the sheer competitiveness in the field requires you to expand your skills immensely before securing a decent job. Meaning you will have to do masters, and so many other courses on top of ur undergrad degree to get a job. Aside from that, your knowledge yo learn in uni is likely to be of not much use as technology develops. Is spending so much money on this field really worth the debt, the time and effort?

Hello, I needed some suggestions regarding some issues which I have been facing. To provide some context I am studying CAIE GCE A Level Math, Physics and Computer Science at the moment. For Maths and Physics I have doing an online course which teaches through recorded lectures. For physics my teacher explains all the important concepts and everything else but unfortunately he doesn't provide sufficient notes although his explanations cover everything. As a result I am having to pause the lecture videos repeatedly and write down notes from what he says line by line. This process is very draining, inefficient and time consuming. but it pays well if you can find something and it interests you

automobile is a subset of mechanical engineering, also kind of niche but pays well

you could just do mechanical if youre confused

i am either going for electrical engineering or applied math

Don't just rely on videos and don't ignore your problems that you face in past papers.

If you can't solve a question find ways on the internet how to solve it but you have to make sure that you understood and can able to solve similar problems like that instead of ignoring it.

Trust me I have been through this and I regret the things that I didn't do in my as level.
