heres your plan if u think u can do it tho:
i see you go to work at 10 am-5:30 pm
considering that..
you should sleep at 10pm exact
and wake up at 4 or 5 am max
and start studying prepare for every subject for 2 hours
like bs 2 hours
then take 30 min break
ec 2 hours - 30 min brake
10 min break is find aswell depends on your mental capacity
but make sure u eat a good break fast before u start studying
to this till 10 am
snd go to work
and i know during work u can study when u got no customers
so bring your learning materials or maybe topicals/papers
i would saay learning material cuz yk u need full concentration with papers
next 5:30 pm u come back home take 1 hr nap to refil your energy eat break fast and reveiw whtuve stuided whole day and go to sleep continue improving and moving on with both

I just sat for my IGs exam and I self-studied it, and I would like to self-study for A-levels as well for the next two years (doing EdExcel). The change from CAIE is a bit jarring; I'm not very sure which is the latest syllabus

yo i been stressing over if im studying hard enough, i do pomodoro for everything so i do have analytics of how long i objectively study

tldr my question is how many hours per subject in a week should u study

no set time, some ace w 4hours some cant w 18hrs, been there both cases, you need to improve your quality, not ur quantity, always focus on that, as long as your productively studying, thats all that matters, dont chase the 14/15hr mark to like for ur own satisfaction, focus on what works best for you, experiment a bit

but take all subjects side by side, dont single any one out, give them all equal importance would b my advice to an a2 student

Has anyone taken further maths? I’m taking AS now (upcoming exams in summer 25) but I thought as a fourth subject I would take further math, currently I’ve finished P1 and mechanics in math, but I still haven’t touched p3 or probably and statistics.

So I was wondering if someone took it how did they do it? Did you finish the whole A level of math before starting further math or did you take it alongside math?

I basically just want to know if I should start with further math p2 and further mechanics to take in summer/winter 25 or if I should instead start completing p3 and probability and statistics in math and then take the whole further math A level on winter25/summer26.

I’ve also heard that I would have to do the “As part” of further math before summer 26 if I want expected marks (which would be useless if I don’t get it). Also if anyone has notes for further math that would be great (since my school doesn’t teach it).
