you first mix the egg yolks with some sugar, and separately you simmer the cream (here you add to it the vanilla extract) then mix the egg yolks thingy with the cream thingy, then put them in those little bowls, after put them in an over (Water bath) then once they're ready let them rest and afterwards put them in the fride, after that you just add some sugar on top and burn it with a torch to get that thing on top, then put it in fridge again to be cold then can eat
