which exams comes first i ur list, psych or english
depending on that i can give u an advice on where to start
lets say ur exam first after 20 days is psych, so rn, u should go through the chapter first, then following by u should then solve topicals on that specific subject to get chapter mastery instead of QP completion. a few days before the exam solve like 2 years or 1 yr of yearlies just to get used to the time and make sure u add time pressure to simulate a real life exam environment

So I'm going to start AS in June, but I have many other projects that I'll do in April-August, so I'm planning to self-study as much as I can of AS to make school a bit lighter. How much do you think I could cover in 2 months? I'm planning to take Maths (stats), Bio, Eng lang and Psych. I have no intention of covering the entire syllabus; just get ahead.
I was homeschooled and switched to Cambridge last June, self-studying the entire IGCSE syllabuses for Bio, Chem, Physics, Maths, FLE, Econ, Biz in 6 months and got As and some A*s in both my mocks, so I'm good at learning a lot of content in a short time.
Currently, I think maybe a 20-25% mark for bio and maths, so maybe the first 3 chapters? And 30-40% of psychology, so Biological and Cognitive? Don't know about english.

First u start to learn the foundational basics of every subject. After doing that jump to topicals so that u can strengthen ur chapterwise knowledge. Even better if u do yearwise topicals o u can finish ur pp and gain chapterwise kn owledge at the same time
if u do yearlies after learning the notes, u will fumble
only do yearlies if u doubt ur time management skills during exam hours

Dont just blindly read, analyse them the structure the flow of how the words corelate

Id say first try to understand the paper pattern and assessment objectives and learning objectives. Read up on all types of literary devices, practice your writer's effect. Go through all the forms of text again. Watch YouTube videos to understand each question, and then find sample candidates responses to understand dos and don'ts and how you can score the most marks. English language mastery only comes with practice. Another thing I can suggest is read books of higher order with complex vocabulary: id recommend catcher in the rye and lord of the flies to start with. Both will help you for imaginative writing. For argumentive/discursive, you should read articles and reports from all backgrounds: science, sociology, psychological, economics etc. and then last one is critical writing, so read reviews of movies, restaurants etc

And english language is a very tough subject, so anything above a C is considered pretty good. Don't be let down if you are scoring a little low in the early days. Just practice and you will get better with time.
I got an A in it, which ig is pretty good since statistics showed that only 3% of the people who wrote the exam got an A, so once you are done with this, and need more specific tips, just let me know in dms
