well no not really tbh, they both are equal for a reason, no uni would differentiate you for what board u appeared with, and since in alevels edexels grading is also with alphabets there isnt alot of difference or the rep, nothing really matters perhaps it depends on what country ur studying in like forexample in mine, every year edexel cambridge and my local system gets a equaliance certificate issued in which sometimes extra marks are dedected from edexel and camb which often has an impact on our entire percentage buts thats only in my country, if u are aiming for unis in europe, USA yk developed shit that has a international standard then nope it doesnt matter at all

you dont really apply for it, u just gotta ace the exam so good that ur paper was the best out of all the candidates that gave that paper in the same session, its pretty tough since at this moment they dont really check how good ur wrote small things like ur handwriting can go for consideration aswell or the words you chose to explain etc since they are tryna get that "perfect paper"

well you can do modules at different sessions rather than taking it all at once. Also the syllabus is shorter than CAIE though it’s mostly similar but caie is lengthier. It depends on the subject you’re taking.

hi guys, my AS classes started this week and i’m taking Econ, Maths, Physics and Accouting. I switched around the classes for the teachers i like in each subject and now like i have continuous four classes on monday and tuesday and actually monday has a physics practical class for 1 hour and 40 mins too! Each class is 50 mins long and right now none of the subjects are crazy or making me hate them but I think continuous classes will make me go insane. I have one break on wednesday and thursday which is good but none on monday and tuesday??? I also want to do extra curriculars in school like sports but i’ll only have time before my classes start and after they end. Do you think I should drop any subjects? I was thinking of dropping Physics because i’m only taking it to keep my doors option to engineering even though i want to pursue finance related fields in the future up until now. Should I drop physics? My friend said I should drop accounting but I actually don’t mind accounting till now. I did Bio chem physics and maths in olevels btw! Or do you think I should just take the fourth subject because like I said before it isn’t impacting me rn bcs its all basics rn.

It doesn’t seem a lot at first but trust me it will later on. Drop the subject you don’t really need. I kept physics as safety too and i honestly regret keeping it. Instead of taking another subject use the time to join activities and focus on ur main subjects.

In my experience, teachers are not even useful in making u understand things, we have chat gpt for that.

They're only good for feedback.

2 for AS
2 for A2

So you’ll do p1 for AS and can choose if u wanna do s1 or m1 with that

Then A2 u will do p3 and then u can do s2 or m1 or s1 but that depends on what u did in AS

Go look up the syllabus it explains it a lot better than me 😭🙏

You would only write p2 if ur only doing AS

So if ur doing A2 the p2 is irrelevant
