First behemoth fight bugged (gamebreaking)

I died during the first behemoth fight and when I restarted there was a "ghost" from where the behemoth spawned that didnt move. When the fight was completed the "ghost" remained and blocked progress. Had to restart the game and load an older savefile to proceed.

TY! and sorry @old raven ! Do you know when and/or how you died? (which boss phase)

I died when you're supposed to pull the boss onto the broken flagpole. Also died randomly at an earlier stage by getting stomped and same thing happened. Loading another save didnt work, I had to restart the game and complete the boss first try to avoid the bug.
