industrial village memory leak on dedicated server?

Modpack and Version: Industrial village IV 1.9a
Launcher: dedicated server

I have memory leak for some reason
||i allocated 8 gigs of ram, on server start it's eating 6 instantly and after like 10-20 minutes it's increasing to 8 and cant be dropped(tested different GC and their different settings). i tested on separate host with 60 gigs of ram(allocated still 8, host itself has 60), it was increasing by time, in 30 minutes it allocated additional 6 gigs and started eating 10 gigs||
with hard limitation it just increasing to my ram limit and never clears it, so it's basically working on 8 gigs nonstop before host restart server because server tried to allocate inaccessible ram
i made small tests and i have suspicions that mod causing memory leak somewhere in second 50 - from connectivity to ftb mods, because with binary search method i think i fixed it, but cant rly tested because dont have much time

like no "we will investigate" or "already known issue", nothing? i'm on 4th day on hold without any answers guys, i'm not asking about fixing it, just add it to tasklist

and yeah, even with .hprof and eclipse mat i didnt found source of memory usage so gl with it

does it occur in singleplayer and did you add any mods?

didnt tested in singleplayer, but i think it's possible that memory leak on both sides - sometimes after long playing sessions my mouse starts lagging(only in this exact client), but as soon as i restart client - everything fixed
