#RAD 2 FPS all over the Place

I am playing on RAD2 and my minimum fps bounces from 20 to 60 to 210 and its driving me crazy. Also allocating RAM still keeps me at 8gb no matter what I do.
SPECS
CPU - i5 13600kf
GPU - 7800xt
RAM - 64GB DDR5

In the curse forge launcher I gave it 10GB

it did not update my ram so I am now doing it through the launcher

first things first do you remeber when this started occuring
and did you add or remove any mods
also what application are you using to play the modpack

I am using curse forge and this issue started about a year ago

87 as a minimum fps is not bad but it will drop to 17 or 10 just randomly
