first what launcher are you using? Optifine is incompatible with RAD 2 as we already have optimization mods present which are better than optifine

2015 cpu still chugging along
so my pc is old
and you allocated 8gb (8192mb) of ram following #ram-allocation
in game, press F3 and take a screenshot

only render distance on 16 beacouse I want to see

when I launched map it was stable
but after 20 ingame days it started to occur

um where is the F3 info? Also when taking the screenshot hold Alt so it only screenshots Minecraft
#java-arguments You can try using the settings and Java listed in this channel and see if those changes help any. It should help with the studder at least. The FPS the only thing that will help with that really is upgrading your CPU and GPU

but for like 3s
you have 2 entirely different issues happening
GC is causing studder, high render distance is causing low fps
