RAD2 - Barren Undergarden

My undergarden dimension looks like this, with only barren rocks and mobs, without and plants. Biomes changes but still no plants whatever the biome is. Is this normal or bug?

Maybe I try to create another to see if it still look like this

I just created another save and the undergarden looks normal with structures generated

so it is this only save problematic?

go to the save
then into the folder
New World (1)\dimensions
and delete

then re enter

make sure your in the overworld

before deleting it

delete the whole file undergarden in New World\dimensions?
