Found another issue. After I manually installed the modpack server pack 1.3 I managed to make it work, however the server is overloaded :/

[Server thread/WARN] [minecraft/MinecraftServer]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 2056ms or 41 ticks behind I had this message on the console most of the time

but my friend told me to ignore it since he has the same issues with other modpack
