Hi, I have just started play RAD2 multiplayer server, when open the quest, there have a shop icon in the upper right, when I click it, my game crashed. But my friend can click the shop icon and open the shop, he wont crash.

Put your server in Online mode. Unless you are using a VERY select number of Bukkit/Spigot plugins, you have no reason to run it in Offline mode if you legally own minecraft.

the ONLY fix for your issue is to put it in server-mode=online
