I've tried potion brewing and eating sugar/Blaze powder, but I don't know what else to try.

Alchemy pmmo skills are bugged at best. The blaze powder method was put in as a bandaid

Best solution is to use the pmmo admin command find in the pinned messages in the #r-a-d-2 channel
