There is a specfic spell scroll that will unseal it. you need 2 of them, one to unseal the door and the second to unseal the chest inside

still need the scroll of unsealing to get into the chest :P
vivid ermine
there is an item called "Scroll of unsealing" which breaks the pink fake blocks
but if you can teleport in as said above, you can loot basic things. this is useful for the dirt covered one that has an unsealing rune inside.
however... I like using a fire dragon inside a "summoning pendulum" to burn down the back wall of the building (not a lossless method) I call it Bank Busting
