Hiya! I'm just trying my hand at charting a song for a possible mod, and I'm facing a pretty annoying issue. After saving and reloading my chart, I noticed a pretty notable amount of notes had disappeared. (Image on the left is a section of the chart, with the same section on the right being immediately after saving and loading the chart again). Upon saving and trying it again, I noticed the problem persists with subsequent saves.
Would anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
(I imagine this has something to do with it)

I believe the issue because you're using non-standard notes that aren't explicitly supported by the everhood moonscraper version
no notes in your chart should look like that
you can do control + a and then click on natural to fix that

Ahhh, thank you! I had no idea why those notes were partially transparent
