It was a little while ago so I might be misremembering the fights, but I think death defiance didn't trigger for me against ||Riley or Dancing Shade||. Maybe some others too, but I can't remember. The heart icon was still there in the corner, but it didn't trigger. Is this intentional?

It is not intentional, we are currently looking into this issue and we most likely have a fix but want to doublecheck before sending it live.

Latest version of game should have fix added!
Death defiance gets sanity-reactivated before the battle cutscene starts.

I didn't realize progression could be different. Could you give me a brief reminder of the "set events" after black hole? Like the areas you go to? I said no to becoming a god and no to joining riley if that's waht you mean

Did you have all three soul weapons in the liminal space?
Axe, spear and bow.
What soul color were you?
I am not sure if this actually impacts anything, just good to get data just incase!
We have deployed a fix already and I would be worried/surprised if we saw this issue again. 😅

On that topic, is one soul weapon entirely missable? Nobody seems to know of a way to get to Everhood 1 after you leave.
If there is a way, you don't have to say. We're just not sure if there is. Seems like you can jsut miss true ending

If you miss chance to get soul weapon in Everhood 1-section there comes another oppertunity later in the game!
