So... I've been trying to get achievements and realized something. Originally, I was playing Everhood on a GOG, and transferred my save files to steam. By that point, I had already beaten the game before transferring my save. Does that mean it's now impossible to get the New Game + achievement without erasing all my data and starting from scratch?

I'm unsure, but if you're on PC, you can remove all of the save files from your folder, and you'll be on regular NG.
I have a regular save file just before the final encounter if you want to unlock it quickly.
Disclaimer: Make sure to back up your save files (store them in a safe location somewhere else on your computer).
