#Vr glitching on lowest settings

So I have a meta quest 3s. I have re entry. I thought I could play it in vr bc I've seen it on yt. I set it up and then I put the lowest settings in so it wouldn't lag. However I load up the game and it's like a slideshow. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't then it crashes. I can play games like dcs and war thunder on rlly high graphics.
Some of my pc specs are:

Intel i7
Nvidia 1060
I've got like 8gb dedicated to the game

Idk if that has anything to do with it but I can also play other games no problem so I rlly need help as it glitches the headset itself

Ohhhh ty. Also somehow I fixed it idk how. I think it's bc I forgot to plug my usb 3.0 cable into the usb 3.0 port. Still tiny bit stuttery but liveable
