#I can not start Reentry in VR

Thanks for checking and reporting, I think it's a simple metadata change I need to fix, will roll out a metadata-update (so no new version number) through Steam asap, will take 20 minutes I think
Gave +1 flight-hours to @bitter tusk (current: #100 - 2)
Thanks Petri
Wanna Try it Out 😁 ...But tomorrow is good enough for me 🙂
Its currently rolling out the patch so you should be able to try it in a couple of minutes 🙂
WOW ..Again 🙂
It would be great if you could verify if it works after that, will let you know
Wilco
Ok, its live, you might need to restart Steam to get the update
oke
Yep.. Vr is up and operating 👌
Now i Have to Trie out a lot and really start to study ..i think
Awesome, thanks for reporting and testing

One observation i Made could be of importance.
The mouse pointer is not visible if The screen resolution in the "Graphics settings" is set to a low value, ie. 640X480.
If I set Higher resolutions, the mouse pointer apears in the left corner of FOV.
at the highest setting the pointer is visible and movable through the whole FOV.
I find it strange that the 2d screen resolution is influencing the mouse pointer in VR.
Huh, that's an interesting observation indeed. Thanks!
I don't have to use an offset value anymore.
Just use my native screen res. and the mouse is usable.
Yeah, I was thinking, maybe that is why I was not able to reproduce the offset issue, I didnt know until now that they were related somehow
!log
Reentry uses the following log-files: Player.log, Player-prev.log
These are stored in:
Steam (Windows): %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Wilhelmsen Studios\ReEntry
Microsoft Store (Windows): %appdata%\..\Local\Packages\37806WilhelmsenStudios.ReEntry-AnOrbitalSimulator_akeytc0kfv8xy\
If you cannot see the AppData folder, tick the ‘hidden items’ option in the file explorer
I forgot to tell that i had windowed mode selected.
when i select full screen mode and go in VR, the mouse pointer stays in the left part of the FOV in VR and is not usable.
Offset makes no difference then.
So only Windowed mode And Native Resolution selected gives a full travel of the mousepointer..itlooks like
One last remark about the pointer.
If i'm in VR, windowed mode and native res selected.(all working Fine)..
The mousepointer disapears if I select desktop for my windows screen and Reentrymoves to the taskbar.
So the mouse pointer seems to only be visible in VR, if it is also visible in the 2D Screen of the windows desktop.
Ehhh..can't find (%appdata% )🤓
Windows key + R on the keyboard, then paste the path
Hope it helps
