Fuel cells weren't damaged on 13
The O2 tanks were yes
FC2 lasted longer becausd it happened to have more residual reactants IIRC
It didn't have a valve shut by the explosion shock
1 and 3 o2 valve shock closed
2 was humming along all the way until the o2 tank pressure was too low to feed it
ah
But a failure of imagination in the reactant talkbacks caused them to not BP unless both h2 and o2 valves on a cell were closed, this was changed after 13
