I know Petri’s been saying for a while that he wants to have failures to a point where we can recreate (as much as possible) what happened on 13.

FC2 lasted longer becausd it happened to have more residual reactants IIRC

1 and 3 o2 valve shock closed

2 was humming along all the way until the o2 tank pressure was too low to feed it

But a failure of imagination in the reactant talkbacks caused them to not BP unless both h2 and o2 valves on a cell were closed, this was changed after 13
