Both teleport mirrors are set up in town, the npc is hanging out in the south east square and repeats dialogue, but this achievement did not trigger
Seems some people got it so the trigger is inconsistent.
I suggest adding another check for it when you talk to her so people that missed it can get it on the same save file.
