Kill a seperatist
Use officer XP (amount is level based)
Kill 15 roms
Speed up ship repair
Successfully complete 3 Away Team missions
Kill 15 Fed Hostiles

Swap 1 for Damage Seperatists. As can also finish with 22s or 17s

Do you have Q6 showing in the event? If so, killing red(hostiles) in for example Vulcan should give you points

The hostiles need to have Romulan in their name. Not all hostiles in the Romulan system are true Romulans 🤔 Have you tried the V'varia system?

My alliance has a level range of 29-44 and it seems to be the same. i have not heard any different

i'd assume they are the same, the only way i can see some may be different is if they are too low to do away missions or reach faction space yet, but i don't know anyone that low to see what they have
