The amount I have is listed above. The amount I need is listed in the upgrade tab. How do I not have enough?

The client has a display bug due to applying efficiency research to component costs that it shouldn't. The error message and new, higher cost is normal. Rest assured that the server will take the correct amount of resources and mats away when the upgrade goes through.
