On 168 we got relagated from masters league to expert

Just been looking at the same thing on stfc.pro. We were showing in EU Master League bracket 5 for our main scoring, but also have an entry in bracket 1 where we were rank 22. It’s like we’ve been put into 2 separate master leagues at the same time and the erroneous one is a mixture of EU, US and APAC alliances
Are we getting any acknowledgement at all from the overlords on this? Still radio silence.
Are we all getting ignored or will we get a response and getting that to be fixed soon?
Important things in store are still locked because that … and it closes tomorrow.

From stfc.pro. I strongly suspect the issue of alliances showing up in multiple brackets is closely coupled to the inadvertent relegation issues.

Thats really rubbish and fooling us! We will miss the Monaveen refit parts and unlock it 1 month later. So your mistake with delegating cost us 1 month of the sigma stuff in the refinery.

We are still in the Adept and not the Master league we promoted too, and we don't have the rewards earned by moving up to Master - and the store closing and no communication other than investigating

@scarlet seal can we please get any real news or at least a statement? 'still looking into the issue' is not cutting it. AT has ended, store closed without us being able to purchase the items we wanted, no word on a fix or compensation. And by compensation I mean anything other than re-opening the store (after fixing the leagues for affected alliances) will not be good enough as this puts us in weeks disadvantage otherwise (before next AT opens up).

Well we got 2k of AT credits as a compensation. Nothing fixed, store is not opened again, Rank still not updated. But at least we got the incredible amount of almost nothing 2k

I emailed one in this morning, and didn't even get a ticket number reply.
2 of my alliances mates opened a ticket couple days ago and even got some personal response and gift, but it was inconsequential

If your alliance was relegated improperly during the last TC, post your alliance, server, and ranking info (stfc.pro helps with that info.) Allegedly something is being done.
We were previously in the Master League. After the season ended, we were unfairly demoted to Expert on server 108

I got the impression it was just to tide us over as an acknowledgement of the problem until they’ve finished investigating. I’m sure we will end up back in the proper league eventually … I hope 🤞😂

In response to my ticket, they have restored our alliance ranking. There was no other action. I don't know if there was a loss of Emerald Chain XP or tournament credits, but from the response in the ticket, it seems like they don't know/don't care.

About my experience.
Several tickets went unanswered.
Then a ticket was answered and the Master League rank was restored. However, there is still an error. This rank jumps back and forth between Master League and Expert League. So sometimes it's Master and sometimes it's Expert.
After I reported this again with a ticket, the only response was, “We are aware of the problem and are working on it. Please follow up on Discord.”
What is that supposed to mean? We are being left in the lurch here and are not getting any answers or anything.

For us it says master league. But if I click on it and go back, it's expert league again 😅
By now we can be eternally grateful if they fix it at all. Scopely demonstrated again and again that bugs are to be ignored in favor of new content. Let's hope we get the right league till next AT event

yes, weeks behind on primes, skins etc. CS offered my alliance team mate to select stuff from the store and they'd supposedly grant it to him (assuming they'd deduce the credits), but that's hardly a systemic solution 🙁

But starting another AT event without even having the decency of answering us here - that is a new low. Last AT event went terrible for us because we got relegated and couldn't use the rewards. What happened when you contacted support?
Nothing. Members of my alliance submitted tickets and were told it was an issue being investigated. My alliance ended up getting our ranking fixed, but required me getting additional help to push that through since no communication was happening here. The issue still remains about getting those missing rewards (my alliance had been relegated to Adept and only got those, while other alliances were relegated to Expert and only got those) and emerald chain points

Why whenever I get into Augument space, they tell me that I'm tresspassing? I have high rep with the auguments, why is this hapening?
So as far as I can see we'll start into next AT event without having our rank restored, without getting missing rewards or without even scopely acknowleding the issue here. All my tickets haven been closed with the usual "yeah. maybe someone can fix it. Just wait". You work hard for AT events and scopely punishes you for it. Thanks for that

My player tried again via ticket to get exchanged something from the store which was locked because that unfair and crap relegation. (To repeat, we made 2nd and finished emerald chain! The now missed Mona Skin parts make a 1 month difference to get sigma rss through that refinery !)
He was dismissed again and additionally mocked with instructions to restart the game 😒
Even he was sending screenshots and referring to other tickets where others of my players got them. Which costed a lot effort and was not a act of generosity, we worked for that and earned it!

if anything, this thread proves that they don't really care (if anyone was in doubt before)
directing players to CS when this is a systemic problem affecting many alliances (therefore hundreds to thousands of players) is just plain dumb .... couple persistent players might have gotten some selected rewards via CS, but it just shows how they value us (players)
Tomorrow we have a new tournament and my team is finding it hard to care about it, whereas before we had been able to rally everyone and have fun working together (which is a true challenge given the state of the game). I had 3 players quit the game last week because of scopely - and we still have not received our missing rewards or emerald chain points, much less any update on that getting resolved. How many more of my players need to quit for this thread to get the attention it deserves?
Same here. Why hoard rss for 10k AT mission to boost your alliance if you get relegated and not the rewards you earned. And then not even an acknowledgement that it will be fixed.

After launching the game, now the Master League is displayed first.
If you click on it and then navigate back, the display switches to the Expert League — and remains there permanently.
This behaviour is reproducible every time the game is started.

Yes, it was corrected to Master awhile back. Restarts, drilling down into the menu and back out, is still remains Master League.

Really „exciting“ job. After ignoring us for most the league seems restored. But the locked things from last are just gone. So many tickets and only a few got what we earned!

I'm thankful for scopely fixing the missing ranks , but it also leaves a bad taste on why they did it on the last second.
I also wanted to say thanks for fixing the problem.. at the same time i would like to provide some feedback.. i understand that there were other things that had a higher priority and I understand that you decide to leave it for later. But you have to be clear about it, you just had to say we are trying to fix something else but dont worry you will be in the right league for the next AT.. instead you told us that the team was investigating the problem.. proper and clear comunication makes a huge difference.

I really hope stfc.pro is wrong with the recent stats or it will be even more alliances than last time. There's a whole lot lot of alliances being split in brackets (which caused the issue last time)
If stfc.pro is right, your alliance is only listed once (and not in different brackets). No guarantees, but you should be good. At least for this issue

Not the missing ones from getting relegated, or the missing emerald chain points
with such sketchy comms from the CMs, it's really tough to sort out anything here really.... you get an answer, then week or more of silence, then something again
I've given up on rewards from the previous AT run .... and I bet Scopely counts on that, because as I said above, they wouldn't be able to handle that CS load if everyone affected started creating tickets and demanding missing rewards

@winged night @scarlet seal I keep checking back on the missing rewards from the wrongful relegation. My team placed 3rd and promoted to Masters, and instead was sent to Adept league. We never received the rewards we earned, nor the right Emerald chain points, for our placement and promotion. No one else here received the right rewards, and that needs to be resolved.
Seems like they’re just sittin’ it out, mate. Hopin’ we’ll forget about it or just give up.
