Give them lots of toys and make sure you get big cat trees (more than one) for them to scratch on so they don’t use your furniture. Talk to them, they love that.

The nails need it. The cuticle separates as the grow. They will scratch to get the cuticle or outer nail off. It part of what happens to cats.

It's hard. Growing them up and letting them go. One of them had a not so good start and we were fighting for his life for almost a week. But he is all right now.

Nebula…like that, puuurfect for a Trekkie. In 2000 to 2005 there was a sweet grey mother cat whom I had from birth and named the mother B’Elanna, her daughter was named Miral, she a really cute calico . Miral was actually stolen by one of the neighbours, found her tide up. Nebula is such a cutie pie though. Xo
My doggie is named Alanis, after the singer. But a Trekkie name would had been nice like yours.
