I deleted em cause I don't know if a scopely person is on here. and frankly i don't trust em, same with most other mobile platforms. they have a clause in their TOS'

With regard to the copyright... the key phrase appears to be “unless prohibited by law”... @thick cedar The Warbird in Search for Spock was originally intended to be a Romulan model, but then there were changes in the script and it turned out to be Klingon. That’s why their ship designs have some similarities afterwards.

@agile shale Not good enough for me, this a tune up painting, I havent painted jack sh** in over a month. nose, left eye, the chin, bridge of the nose gotta fix a bunch of stuff then I'll be satisfied with it, plus it took 4 days to paint, not good on the time.

@fresh mirage oil paint takes a while to dry. im starting another 120 x 150 cm piece that is the old spock soon.
and then a smaller younger spock the one with the beard one, haven't found any good photos of him yet though.
it's still wet just checked, Indrathrone Blue for some reason takes forever to dry, I even added linseed oil to it to speed up that color drying. Oh well waiting time.

this is the problem with oil you can get real fast and then you end up sitting around wasting your life away on stfc, and people think you are a bum cause they never see you work.
the first spock painting took me so far ~8 +/-1 hours of work for a 4 x 5 foot canvas.

I don't really think that there is much work that is left to do under that left eye. It is fierce. The only possible thing I could see is adding a fraction more thickness to the dark area between the eye and the light area under for more bold contrast but it is beautiful work as is. I would honestly leave it before going too far with it. Crossing that line can ruin it and that would be a horrible shame. I love it! 😍 You have some mad skills!

le eye, needs some work but too muddy, and le nostril needs a tiny tweaking, but otherwise this is very close to being finished.
looks like he been in a fight fret not fellow trekkers, a couple hundred brush strokes away from getting him out of the ER and back to his beautiful self.
dat eye brow on the right needs to be enlarged a tad too.
but his suit's all fixed up just some extra touches to accentuate some light gleens.

@versed veldt I'm sculpting a portion of a face in steel alloy wire. I have the eye and the nose done, figuring out how to connect the 2 together, then will need to construct the upper cheek, orbital and eyebrow.
I don't think i have enough wire to do a whole face, and the proportion I made the eye in the first place, well it would just be too big I think. if it turns out it will be a new avenue of creativity for me.
it's already well over 20 lbs in wire so far..

Ahvix, told us of their, System and Galaxy, but also wild tales of how citizens in different areas dealt with War and disputes. A fascinating tale was told about Dimensions. Especially Dimension X!
Dimension X, is a unique system in space, where it's citizens enjoy constant peace and growth, but where War is celebrated as a game, and only what is wagered in War Games is at risk. No innocences are harmed, no homes or industries destroyed.
Dimension X citizens created a space where any ship that enter was immediately reduced to one common stat, no ship could hit harder, no ship had better hull or shields, only the skill of their Commanders would make any difference. How his alliance's strategy prevailed, determined the Victor!
The concept was brilliant! Equal number of opposing ships would enter the arena 5, 10, 20, etc.
5 hits from 5 different opposing ships would disable a ship and score 1 point for the opposing team. Immediately, the disabled ship would warp back to its starting zone and be detained for 20 seconds on the first loss, plus 10 seconds added for each loss after, until one Alliance reached their goal points.
The rewards and resources wagered were determined by the Warring Alliances. They could pick from among the set rewards, and wager extra resources if they so chose. They could choose set points to Victory, 500, 1,000 etc.
These War Games, insured that aggression would be satisfied, and yet peace and growth maintianed.
This form of War, became so popular that Alliances started other War Games, where they wagered large amounts, to not only gain resources, but Galaxy bragging rights.
Word of the success of Dimension X spread, and finally reached our Galaxy through Ahvix.
It was very peculiar and coincidental, Ahvix, told of the corporation guild that hosted these arenas. It seems they sold tokens to the Alliances and took a percentage of the wagers to host these events. Somethings never change, no matter what Galaxy or Dimension !!
