So the general feeling from server 151, is that Armadas has been somewhat an anticlimax considering a whole year in the making/coming soon!
Will there be an alliance LB event upcoming? Currently it feels like Armadas serves no purpose....

This will of course be after most have used up all their armada directives that came with building armada stuff. most likely will coincide with the release of extra super special Armada Directives packs in store. F2P will have used up all their directives and will cry on here about not being in the event. even though we have all heard this tune before and should see what is coming

In my example. Kerla competency was only actived for one player. This competency normally is always actived if you have the right weapon which is the case.

If the ships in the armada we acting as 1 ship for the battle maybe but they are not. I think it is a bug. just like the 2 same crews in PvP only 1 works is a bug.

I opened all the crystal bonus refinery with 3 batchs, and each time i got only between 24 and 30 UC Crystal... Not a single Rare crystal (i have no idea how i can obtain all the rare crystals i need if the RNG of the bonus refinery refuses to give me some 😫)

A. The short answer is… Yes. We do update them and will be increasing them again for the next mining event, which will have a bonus refinery. Start saving some raw.

last couple bonus refines it was possible to get a least 1 rare from the 3 types on every refine, getting none at all in 9 refines is ridiculous. it went from rare to ultra-rare. normal refinery seems to provide better odds.

Has anyone seen armada targets of pwer between 5 and 9M? They scale up so fast! i worked out a rule of thumb that the armada should be about 1/3 of target power

Taking out 5M armada with 1.5M ships is pretty easy, on the other hand we tried a 8.8M one with 2M ships and barely got 1/3 of the hull

Ship quality and officer quality present makes a huge difference 5man kumar/vahklas/kehrai squad vs a 5mil target will probably wipe even if they make the 1.5mil power needed. 3man sally squad at 1.5mil will coast it

@rapid sky we were able to kill 8.8mil one with 2.25mil 3 Bortas and a legionary. to me it looks like Bortas have a clear advantage whennit comes to armadas. Huge hull health and shield with very highbdamage output.

Advantage of having crédit instead of bp is that you can use them as you wish. Last act of war could took cent bp, help a lot. But now I have all the ships I need so dont need anymore bp. I'm slowly coming to the realization it is going to be nearly impossible to tier up my Franklin without spending $ on Frequency Modulators in the store. Right now, I'm lvl 28 with a tier 6 Franklin and I still need almost 2 million FM to reach tier 7. This is the very definition of a catch-22. Eventually, I am going to reach lvl 30, and swarm dailies will increase to 30/32. But, if my Franklin isn't tiered up enough, I wont be able to complete the dailies. And to get from tier 7 to 8, I imagine it's going to take another 2-3 million FM.
So, the question remains: how is it possible to go forward with the Franklin without resorting to $pending on packs?
There has to be a more reasonable means of obtaining frequency modulators. Contrary to many players, I prefer the grind (it gives me a sense of accomplishment, as opposed to just resorting to $). And, nearly everything else in the game at least gives the illusion that I can grind/farm what I need to proceed in the game. But, with these Frequency Modulators, I really feel like a rabbit chasing the proverbial carrot.

It takes a bit of work for me to kill all my dailies...but I have to throw my Franky which is only just got to max level T5 and needs all the upgrades and can do about 1/3 of a level 30 and I send my MF to finish the job(survives with 1/2 hull left). Takes me 15 franky and 8 MF lives to finish my dailies and the heroic event. Even then, I still get a net positive in trit from the heroric event 👀

Accounting for the ones you'd get from the ships themselves plus making a personal grind each day. I can get an upgrade for the weapons which is like 270k or so each in 10 days for each one
I'd just love to get my Franky to a point where I can kill just even 1 level 30 per life

But...another thing that's fun is if someone from another alliance is clearing your alliance miners is to find their base and scoop them if they're using all of their docks for mining or wiping systems.
Did it once, they stopped clearing miners for the next couple days

This one is not entirely true, it allows you to get to the next tier which gives you big upgrades to shield and hull once you level up so it's worth much more than 8k

@abstract gate The T7 Kumari will let you kill lvl35 faction ships for your dailies with ease. If you don't require that then save up for the Bortas

even at 400k a Kumari wouldn't be worth it. Bortas on the other hand is a machine. Our alliance members have mostly gone Bortas and some of them have it at tier 7-8. Tier 6 saladin even cannot kill them. What else do you think could convince you? PVE? well it is one of top 3 best pve ship if not the top. even if kumari is maxed there is no way it can compete with lvl 28 faction ship, simple.

Well the fact that you need over 4k uncommon ore to even get to T6 or so is a big factor

I am lvl 28. Got Bortas bps, don't have unc to uograde shipyard to 28. Refinery gives everything except crystals

I took the costs effective route where I used the T7 Kumari to get me to ops 30+ which in turn gives more uncommon rewards per event and therefore was the most time effective and cost effective way to get my Saladin to where I wanted it to be
So while people were saving at ops 28 I was getting more rewards per day

Yeah that's why, I hear the bortas will need over 1400 uncommon ore just to get it t T6, if I went fed and rom (and I should have considering how many saladins are in my server) then I would've upgraded my kumari too as theres no beating a battleship for hostile farming
