There's a workaround for PC and mobile to get past that

Pc: start the game and mash F5, or T… Whatever opens your event screen, you have to start mashing it just as the loads
Mobile: start the game, and as soon as the UI loads start clicking the event button before it switches to the winter button

Wait 5 to 20 seconds for the events to populate

Once you leave the event screen, you have to repeat the above to go back

the EE event does not provide sufficient rewards for the time necessary to complete it. no one can hit on their level and everyone has a ridiculous amount of kills. Mine was in the neighborhood of 650 kills to get the 28 million event points. At the end of the day this is a phone game, and I am not going to spend 4 hours grinding out this event. I just refuse to do it because it is poorly designed and the rewards do not inspire me to do it.

lol, the "Know Thine Enemy" mission is such a joke. The 3rd part requires "Superior" rep level to unlock Khan's Champion Lvl 1. I'm ops 42 and can kill L40 hostiles for 540 pts each. 10 million pts are needed just to advance from "Ally" to "Patron". That's 18,519 hostiles on an ops 26+ mission. My enemy? That's easy.... Scopely is my enemy.

Because they only have a very small number of arc runners that recycle the same very small number of ideas every time they get an arc to run. There is little creativity or innovation in anything that's been done in this game for a long time. Select hostile > click attack > refine loot. And it's easy and cheap to copy / paste old content. Hence the recurring bugs. But it seems to sell, so they're not going to stop.

If you have the community mod installed, the shortcut T will access events, otherwise if you have another device to log into, that sometimes works for people. Also, someone reported that clearing localization and then clicking the event before the UI fully loads, will go into the event screen

the Augment Exile SMS is totally Absurd with the amount of Hostiles you need to kill to get the points.. as your limited by the Hostiles Strength as well as their Ability, anything 40+ from Archady Upwards is not worth it, you got to be extremely lucky not to get Warp Core Breach in that case... and lower systems below that are totally over filled by people trying to grind the mobs for the SMS too.. this SMS was not thought out at all in its effect, let alone do-ability.. especially for people with not much time, things like this need to be taken into consideration for one 😶

Id also like to add that the amount of Splicers needed for even 1 Chest are far to high, 1/3rd the amount would be justifiable for both choices.. as it takes time currently in itself to even get the currant amount due to high competition, let alone being so restricted due to the Hostiles Ability in itself...

The warp core breach (90% auto kill) is only on the chasers. Just shake your chaser when you arrive in system, and don't hit any stationary hostiles you see. If you're hunting interceptors, be sure to check that they're a "D3" and not "D7" type.

As for the chest costs in the augment store... 100%, the numbers are absolutely ludicrous.

And yeah, there's a 30% chance of auto death on the surveys, but they're still worth targeting, imo.

For everything else, it's just annoyingly high generic stats, and modest Apex Barrier you have to deal with. After many, many hours of grinding yesterday, I believe the iso damage isn't even worth crewing against. Apex Barrier and shred are much more worthwhile, I think.

I did find that gearing for offense was much more effective. Which was a nice surprise, since it meant EPic/EData was doubly effective.

YMMV, of course.

Also, I was surprised to find how much standard damage I was mitigating against most of the new hostiles. I was able to drop Paris for another Apex Barrier officer without dropping below the ~71% mark.

Don't get me wrong, this event is a steaming pile, but if you want to engage with it, this is how I'd go about approaching the new hostiles.

You can’t get the common loot without hitting down. The whales can hit high 60’s, but for common you need to hit lower. Each currency has a high point, then drops after as the next currency increases. Kind of stupid, but that is the way it is set up.

Took 160 hostiles at the peak common currency to do a double pull. 250 plus hostiles at peak uc to do a double pull. Didn’t even bother with the rare and epic.

You can’t convert excess shards back into temporal disruptors anymore. It turns everything into the remnant cubes

Just to let you guys know, we're all upset about it. The mods, cms and ccs have all expressed our thoughts as well as passed on your feedback on the change and how unhappy everyone is about it. While I cannot promise things will be better, they are well aware of the problem and we have not stopped trying.

It would take 3529 × lvl 50 at 850 rep per hit to get 3m rep.....60m rep needed to get to superior to unlock khan challenger mission in augment store. The 2k hostile daily limit means that you have to hit higher which are harder which multiple hulls consumed daily to conplete a level 26 task to get 16k syndicate xp.....I think there is an issue here on how anyone is expected to get this as time/hulls v reward is grossly disproportionate

This functionality has to be restored. It is an uwarrented an unnecessary nerf to a totally fine mechanic, to speed up acquisition of artifacts are now almost a year old. If you don't want this to be applicable to new artifacts, introduce a new mechanic. But don't nerf a core mechanic in an unannounced way, after you clearly heard feedback from players that even the timegated nerf on the DTI-Store is not accepted by the playerbase.

Players wanted it for regular artifact remnants, because of how many you amass and how small the slider is.

as far as i know there wasn't any requests for the same for temporal artifacts.
