@cosmic steeple not announcing an event in the event calendar, but preparing packs for it is one thing and purely driven by greed and is annoying all the low and non-spenders.

But then releasing the event with wrong graphics and then silently changing them without any information could be seen from a lot of people as malicious.

If you ask me, you peeps should add the first shown special building materials to the scoring and grant the players that used them already when the event had the wrong visuals the points accordingly.

I see a lot of people saying it's impossible for F2P players to collect 180k Resistance Chits for the FC Slot in this month's Event Store.

I was able to collect 180k from just doing the regular events. Did not even do the Rare Ticket Events. However, I had to sit out on trying to rank in Supply Run 1 & 2.

NX's low shields can be exploited with a shield regen officer(Bev/SNW Mbenga) and Eury + mudd. It's not overly specialized, can deal decent damage to even non-aquatic targets, and the damage ramp allowed me to solo G4 armadas even freshly built.

If yuou time it right, you can get 4 ticket pulls per weekend. You need to save tickets during non-event store arcs to maximize rewards during event store months. Concerning officers, I just spent XP to level a few to finish that event.

Both rare ticket events during the chit arc have awarded chits, no reason to think this one won't either since the chit store doesn't close until Thursday
As for saving tickets. Yes you either save the rare tickets in case of events like this or pull out the wallet.
This kind of rug pulling with sudden rare ticket requirements is a normal tactic from them. Similar situation in the SNW arc where a unique portrait was gated behind it

There was an issue yesterday morning with the overflow only having a 1d duration. That bugged event was removed, and the correct one is now running. Those that scored their daily bp event in the bugged overflow will have a points correction in the future.

The criteria for it seems to be if there's one of the ships for your event that you could build but have not yet built (e.g. I have the faction rep to build all three G3 epics but have only built one, if I'd built all three it wouldn't show for me). That doesn't seem to exactly be it, but most people say they get it when that's the case, and don't get it when it's not.

The event is one of those things that "we don't know how we programmed it, but we can't tell you why or why not you didn't get it" It seems to be if you've built all 3 faction ships for your OPS level, you don't get the event.

There's a lot of content in the game for players before then that's "new to you." And they've sped up the pre 40 game considerably. It's a longer tutorial period, but you should be able to catch up to the latest releases much quicker than before.

Not at lvl 61. The tiny Epic G5 ship cargo thimbles fill in a few kills in the 62 system. At that level you need to have 105 million scraps to do one pull
