In the past, for egregious bugs, they've clawed it back. I've heard that this can be avoided if it was already spent, but not always a guarantee.

Yes. You can send ships early. Once your team joins it starts counting time your ships are in. When you leave the system, whether it’s at the end or early is when you get points.

OK I don't understand the reasoning behind reducing the Refined Isogen

(which goes directly to alliance stores and can only be used to plant pins and as base currency for activating services)
Refined isogen is not held in players inventories and is added to alliance from purchase of event store currency (choice).
This choice meant that every alliance could participate (regardless of members) in seasonal tc BP.

Current amount is equal to 1.25x a normal 2 chest isogen 1 refine.

It takes 450,000 refined isogen 1* to plant a pin.

This change has made the event store pack worthless. And pointless other than a top up.

You've gone fr allowing 100% of players to participate in tc BP.
To only those alliances with 10 or more members.

To score in tc BP events requires minimum of planting 2 pins (900,000 refined isogen 1)
A refine at ops 49 2 chest, 10k per day or max 3 chest 15k per day.
Event store chest pays 19.9k per chest of event score currency (now).
Meaning even with 50 chests that's 2 pins a month.
Thought this was supposed to make TC access able to all.

199.9k per chest, still involves using loot currency.
But gives everyone a choice at participating in tc BP.
Or do you value your 1 kerla or gorkon shard.. And access to tc research.
More than a faction recruit pack which provides more shards, daily.
Iso emulsion. Well that's only player benefit.

So they just said well that's extra, but we will run week long 1 later.

Good morning ! Why put a territory event with a combat pass, if on most servers we always have someone who spends a lot of money and hands over the territories.
In the case of 180 it is like this, buying this pass is ridiculous, and not very wise.
The only solution is: They should limit access in conquest to the alliances that fight for the territory, we would all buy the pass!!
In the current situation, I don't even spend a single cent!

It can work as scops Intended. It depends if alliances jostle for position. We have 1:1 as a server norm. Not in roe just everyone agrees. So alliances are merging alliances take each other on. Its all good in this hood.

on 108 somehow while the server is in turmoil and everything is a mess, territory captures seem to be going as intended by scopely.
big alliances fighting to take prime territory to get tier 3 by the end of the week, while smaller alliances have taken the opportunity to snag one of the early morning dead end territories.
so far only 1 alliance did a catch-and-release, because they had a score to settle with another big alliance that took territory right after them.

This game is designed around alliances, it is one of the first things player's are prompted with. It is a choice you have made to play solo, and it does not come without consequence. I suggest joining an alliance with other players if you would like to participate in a game feature (Territory Capture) designed for mass alliance vs alliance battles. Or, try to make some friends who are willing to help you obtain a territory.

If you are really unlucky and get less then 800 out of the chance tokens you would need to buy 2 packs 😥

The name of the SMS event Recruit Dr T'ana is deceptive. In past events named like this paid out officer shards for the milestones, so you were actually earning shards for the officer names in the event. Now you get currency for a Dabo table type pull that only gives you a chance at Dr T'ana. I..I don't know what to say after a change like that other than this stinks something awful.

It might not seem that much if you are a lvl 45+ player but for us on the newer servers, when the refinery gives me 44 UC on average per pull, it's insane.

This is why reading through an event and understanding what it’s limits are and where the “gotcha” is anymore from Scopely matters. Because their communication to players is so completely lacking, you have no way of knowing if you’ll be able to earn more on a later weekend or not, so you are forced to decide if you are going to spend $99 to finish the event now.

That’s my issue, Scoply NEVER is consistent with their higher tier events. They do one “better” not good, but “better” to where the community kinda likes it, then does a material spend event like we see today. There is no consistency, always a new “system” that usually involves confusion, distrust, and manipulation to a outcome the player is hoping to have. With that being said, I was probably going to buy a pack and possibly a pack next material spend event but for this current one, I’m not touching it with a 10 ft pole .

4k isn't just a random number, it's the max amount possible with one item in the exchange guaranteed and the other a chance. It suggests that "chance" is more than that, and is also guaranteed. I've just completed the first tier of the T'Ana recruit. 500 Senior Medical Recruit Tokens gives me two pulls of the recruit chest, which as given me a spread of officer shards, including (as it happens!) 4 T'Ana, as well as 400 Dr. T'Ana Unlock tokens (both the guaranteed token, and the randomly appearing on).
So if I complete entire recruit event, I'd have a total of 5,000 SMR Tokens, for a total of 20 pulls (including the two I've already had). Which would give me lots of officer shards, but at most 4000 Unlock tokens. Which means wasting the whole lot.

I can that other people have reached the same conclusion. That sucks.

Yup, it’s a scam. Only reason I did what I did was because A) wanted to do some upgrades and let’s face it, scopy has conditioned us to only do so on spend events. And B) I needed 4 Billips shards to tier him. I knew I didn’t have enough to complete in the Shax slb (as I am grouped in the 51-60 pack, and yeah right, way to kill my enthusiasm there scopy) so I figured screw it. Got to the 17 mil maker. NOT spending a dime to get another 165k unc mats though to finish. And have no intention of doing so for Shax either. Scopy has lost a paying customer. I could be wrong too, but it looks like the $100 pack gives you 2000 Senior Medical tokens, which converts to 800 DrTana Recruit tokens. So after you get the 5000 medical tokens, that converts to 2000 DrTana tokens. Which means we have to spend $400 to get 3200 Dr Tana Tokens which will then bring your total to 5200 Dr Tanas, you'll then get 100 DrTana Cards, and have 400 DrTana tokens in your inventory forever.

It won't be 400 more, there are two places in the first exchange that have the T'ana tokens, and evidence points to both being guaranteed or nearly guaranteed. Finishing the SMS will get you around 4k, and one pack should be enough to finish her. You'll still have leftover, unless you can claim that 2nd exchange more than once, but I doubt it.

Leveling it opens up higher trials, also more protomatter per kill for each level up. More protomatter equals faster leveling through building currency purchase and faster FT leveling. What more are you requiring?

The court of q upgrading does get faster the higher level the building is, but I do agree that it sucks at low court of Q levels.

It doesn't help that your actively punished for being high ops, as the proto matter to emblem of assessment costs scale with ops but payouts do not.

Mission Hunter Key SMS.
Missing rewards from some not able to score in the Research Ranked event in dailies.
Territory BattlePass.
Q Trials people did and got no rewards from.

Please can you look into these missing elements, as these are also required compensation.

One thing on a positive note, idk if it was a Scoply error or what, years ago I lost some rare armada directives due to a issue that was going on with armadas and I put in a ticket and the person who helped me ended up giving me 20k in rare armada directives. To put into comparison of what we have to deal with now from customer support,I put a ticket in 2 hours before reset to say that I had completed an away mission and spent 15k xp trait to finish the away team battle pass event and that neither had scored and I was 200 points short.
I got a reply to say no xp trait had been spent.
I then informed them what officer I spent it on and that I was on S137 and scopely had announced the server was having issues with scoring and maybe that was why you couldn’t see the spend.
I was then told that the issue was not the scoring it was the fact that no xp traits were spent.
So my counter arguement was I was 200 points short and have 150 hrs of away team speed ups and have about 100k xp traits but instead of just completing the event I opened a ticket 2 hours before reset to try and con scopely out of 200 points.
I have literally just got a reply to say they have done a more thorough investigation and none of my officer traits have been upgraded for 10 days. Thing is I use Spock club and synced it Saturday evening and when I went to sync it last night it shows that my Kirk was upgraded.
All this for 200 measly points.

On an incursion i tried to jump to the other server, but got an error message. The transfer tokens got consumed but i remaned on my homeserver, as an attacker.
Obviously i couldnt complete any offensive event and scored badly in most SLBs where i am usually in the top 5 at least.
I PM'ed their support, asking them to complete my events at least, but they said they will never work on a players events and the only compensation they would do, were transfer tokens for 5 transfers and the hint to "use them good".
