I chose Spock, Mining speed aside, the utility of boosting protected cargo and cargo capscity have much further ranging uses than just mining G4. The potential cost savings and efficiency gained from his Architect abilities will be a big factor as I move up into the mid 40s. His potential for damage bonus will also help with rep grinding in his Scientist role, overall after weighing the 2 options available he was the better short and long term choice. #STFCFC

I just checked for my ops (38) and ships (I have a Vi'dar) and across the whole calendar where it says counts towards We Are The Borg - there's 4100 possible points (assuming all the 48 hour events scored correctly). All of the events that score 'We Are the Borg' are listed in the #💫-event-information Just go and check for your ops level. 48 hour events score 200 pts, 24 score 100. now I'm 99.9% sure I haven't missed any and am currently 800 away from my max milestone. The events are found under Borg Events, Fleet Commander events and Recruit events. I haven't yet gone and checked by each day to see if the event has come and gone yet or not. Also the calendar there isn't 'fully' up to date, it was missing some of the recently announced events.

Looking across the event calendar we have 3 more Locutus (26, 27) and 3 more Ghalendar (27, 28, 29) events before the arc is over. Additionally there's one more Plug the Leak (27) and Nanoprobe Reclamation (28). This should give a total of 800 points. Bringing it up to 4100 points for my ops level. Which is exactly what is needed for me to hit the max. If your max is higher than 4100 take another look at the calendar and see what events I didn't list that apply to you. Then go and add it up and use all that info in the ticket you open with support.

I totally recommend sending an email rather than using the chatbot.

Once these are submitted you are officially entered into the event! (Pural, so more than 1 post needed)

What we could really use is the <@&509690795536941056> (s) to bring this issue up. It's way too widespread. Should just give everyone 200 points (most seem to be missing 100, but extra wouldn't hurt due to this poor meta design).

They told me I missed FC kirk battleship HH event. I doubt that (ranked top 5 in all FC lb events) but I just hope they throw in an extra event. Or some more events because a lot of people could not do the solo borg because of no maxed vidar or not enough ships.(Even people who bought Defiant and can do dominion because thats not faction ship so doesnt get the dmg vs borg research)

Diminishing returns. It’s off of base stats before any other researches are added on top, then you also have all the other researches on top of it.

T9 mantis 2700 * 2 * 3 = 16200 xp
T8 mantis 2475 * 2 * 3 = 14850 xp
If you only go by mantis you gonna need at least T9 mantis to reach 2nd milestone with 3 pulls.
Bajoran Dailies rewards + daily syndicate xp are the other free sources.
At my syndicate level and T3 mantis I could get 23k PTS per day which translates to 4600 xp and a total of 13800 xp in those 2 days of the event. Which means I am 1876 xp short. So the absolute minimum I would need is T7 mantis.
So you only got your 2nd milestone because you either had way higher mantis or slightly higher + prime or bought the BP. I can tell that you are p2w.
But keep on trying to tell me that if I followed your "advice" I deffo got the 2nd milestone.

So I'm missing points for We Are Borg. I have 3300 points today. Have not completed today's events. I wrote to CS and they tell me I did not complete two events, held on Jan. 6-7. They even gave me a link to see all the events for the We are Borg. The link shows those two events ran Jan 6-7. The problem? The arc started January 10. The design and layout was also a big issue, you are correct. From missions showing up late after event reset, being tucked at the end of the event carousel, scattered in other groupings, not being listed on the event info, or missing the note in the event description that it was part of the meta.

Still, a Scopley issue that players are expected to work around.

Adding to my message, I really don't like to complain, but find myself doing more any more of that lately. I really enjoy the game and want to continue enjoying it. The design team seems to come up with some good concepts, and I know the devs are doing their best with deadlines to implement them. There just really needs to be better back and forth, especially when the community raises issues or concerns. It's a partnership, Scopley makes the game for us, and we (mostly) reward them with revenue. But players need to enjoy it if Scopley wants to keep that stream going.

After a certain point everyone has a maxed vidar so their ships are comparable. You probably won't beat someone who has better crew and research, but for those events, you didn't have to, even losses counted. Pts could be earned from there, and from beating up weakened vidari as well if you were not well-positioned.

yep. I swear it's that database issue that they had w/ the database service/server they use. I also only had one mining event today from the beginning, nothing 'extra'. To me this isn't about the rewards for completing this, they are Meh. It's more about the whole process that we can't see what we -should- be seeing for what needs to be done each day to know it is complete. I've talked to many people who are on the game hours a day and checking events throughout the day to see if something randomly appears. If events appeared later in the day if you had completed everything earlier you get screwed out of pts for something because of some bug that delayed an event. If we had a list of what to expect each day that checks off as we complete it would do wonders at players ability to complete events.

This is really an upsetting scam. No other words for it. The only event I missed was the first SMS for borg solo armada and there was NO WAY to get directives without buying. This is utterly unfair. Just post in the beginning that you cannot finish such monthly if you do not put 100 € ti just do the bare minimum set of events.

@bitter snow The majority of people who were coping without spending were OPs 37+ and the minimum for defeating a Borg Solo Armada was a fleet 8.3 million strong crewed with Crit and Mitagation officers, if you failed with the first two free solo uncommon armada directives that you were gifted you were SOL for the rest of the month, and forget about trying for a the Rare because they were too big unless you could manage 11+ million in power most people in my alliance don’t have that kind of firepower and I barely can manage the firepower for an uncommon; Personally I don’t care about the SMS event I know why I couldn’t complete it, I am more frustrated with the Recruit Ghalenar Event as I completed all those and still ended up 1 shard short, I couldn’t do the Solo armadas but hey I could at least do the other events and figured I would get a new officer out of my work but alas no. But part of the blame does lie with Scopely for executing an event that left players with no options other than pay to play if they failed with their free to play gift, they could have given extra solo armada directives in the battlepass so it was possible to catchup if you fell behind. But the way the event was designed if you fell behind there was no way to catch back up or get enough solo directives to start an armada to even catch up with getting only 6 per day, (at least that’s how many from my borg refinery) that only gave one chance to run a solo armada before battlepass was over on day 18 of a 20 day battlepass, it’s no wonder why so many people are short of points this event.

Ah, the Alliance MS - I see. The strategy there would be to grind extra on the other two days I guess. But yeah, incursions messes with every event - but CoW is preferred to FH and Apex since the SMS grinds are less usually, at least in my case. Faction Hunt is an eternal grind at any level it seems - takes me two hours to complete it each day punching up to the highest level it makes sense. There is no real scaling in FH at all. CoW - handful of bigger ships and SMS is done.

For a bigger alliance completing the Alliance MS would work grinding extra for 2 days but are alliance isn't big and the 40 to 45 members that actually participate in cow are not all in the lv 40+ so there not able to give as many points as i could or are biggest member could so it makes it harder for us to even complete the alliance milestone we most of the time miss the final milestone for cow so with incursions we won't even come close to what we normally would get

Military supremacy start at op 17, but the criteria to have it are unknown. So if you have it enjoy it (as much as you can enjoy killing 500 hostiles...), if you don't have it, no idea why

From what I've seen so far, you need to have sufficient level to build a faction ship (or at least buy the BP in the store), but have NOT actually built the ship yet.

are your alliance mates going single faction and have built the faction ships for their level? usually that's the people i know that don't see the supremacy event.

i'm trilock, Ops34 and haven't built anything higher than an L28 ship ... so i've had military supremacy for a very long time.

yeah, i'm not 100% certain about even what i think i know - but i'm trying to hold the event as long as possible. 500 hostiles in 3 days is not usually too hard a task.

It depends heavily on if you have the ships for tour level. When I was 32 and had no 32 ships, I got it. When I was 34 and had no epics, I got it.

The feedback on the last Incursions Franklin PVP event was universally terrible. Everyone hated it and said so. Loudly. So Scopely got the feedback, they just don't care enough to do anything about it. Instead of some new creative thinking to engage players more with Incursions they decided to replay the same failed Incursions content that most alienated the player base from this part of the game. What the actual 🦆?
