I’m really pleased for Scopely, thinking they have found a cash cow in this arc’s heroic events. I’ve lost my admiral and another 7 year player - both ops 70+. They are not alone -, and many others on EU 153 have had enough of the cash grind and grab. This used to be an interesting game, fun at times, intriguing at others and somewhere in the middle - a game that required thought, planning and teamwork. Now it is solely about money - and that has ruined the game. As before, I am really pleased for Scopely- because they think they have a winning game. Personally, I think they have massively misunderstood the player base, and misjudged those who were willing to spend some of their hard earned money, in these times of financial hardship. It is a shame that those who earn so much- have such a poor connection with their customers 🦅

i pushed into 71 a little early as i have nearly 4 months worth of loyalty rewards and they pay out a lot of 6*
after talking with some 71+ i chose to take the pain for a couple of weeks while i exchange the loyalty chests which have a 1 week reset timer after some turn ins
i have the veng bps, i just need x3 ship module upgrades to reach tier 12 epic g6 and i'm done, building upgrades already done

yep i would sit in the low 60s for awhile and see how the arcs come out, at level 71 they are tuned as if you are maxed at level 71, and 90 percent of those at 71, are not maxed, why be maxed sitting at 71 when you can push to 72?
and at 70 i could not do academy drones, so moving to 71 changed nothing
67-69 is also another bad set of levels to be at, as you'll be using the same ship as you were at level 66.....

Everquest has always been my lifetime fav. game, from 2000-2010, and this version of it they are producing will combine the original concepts with changes that players have made known they want

as well items.....the 'junk' stuff from trash mobs or mini bosses, well, you can upgrade them by looting multiples of them, and merging them with the original, so their stats go up
he may not be the brightest wizard around, but good luck trying to stun him
you have to work to get that, when you start fresh, and choose a race, you are limited, for your primary choice, to that race's options
as well, the 'new' races, like froglock, iksar etc, are available, and the new classes, like zerker and beastlord....

i made a final push into 70 with the sphere arc, and that is the end
and then had enough saved to push into 71, on the low power end but got the bps for veng just need another week for loyalty chests to cash in and i'll have the ship, but that is end game for me, especially seeing whales stuck at 73 or 74

yeah i had friends from other servers jump with me to past servers and they didn't like it. quit both eventually. lol
um... some that were with me for years quit older servers i was on too.
and i guess... idk really. i don't really look at it anymore.
i sit in a vc most nights with my brother.
play alot of other games.
less interested in character accounts.
more interested in the real one.

i tried to do a lot of grinding etc here, but everything is locked for refining which controls how fast you can progress unless you spend
my vindicator is not even close to max tier yet, and now at 71, i have no use for it as the gs31 does just fine for armadas in a haz faction system
dauntless, sphere, excelsior are going to take forever to tier up
probably the best place to be in this game atm is level 60 or 61 maybe, but i pushed my levels and entered a dark space of little possibility of progression
this time next year i fully expect to still be, level 71

i found that pvp was boring as heck in the game and gave up on it, settled and agreed to play by the big boys rules and that is how it's been for nearly 4 years

he became an ant to me. bouncing off me with the smallest ships in my docks.
don't play into it. let them farm your ship, ignore em.
