However you are arriving at these decisions, it clearly is not working. How many apologies need to be posted? How many comp chests need to be sent before someone recognizes that the problem is not one bad event, but the decision-making behind it?

If you are unfamiliar with your player base, get to know us. If you do not care about your player base, stop pretending that you do. And if your decision makers are bad at making decisions, replace them.

Your “mea culpa” rerolls are now down to 8 per arc. That is not a solution. That is a bandage over a system you keep breaking.

Alliances are the lifeblood of this game. No one starts this game, sticks with it, or seriously considers growing without an alliance around them. You had an event that brought alliances together, built morale, and gave people a reason to coordinate. Somehow, you turned it into an event that pits alliance mates against each other over competing interests.

And honestly, that should not surprise anyone anymore.

Pause your process. Whatever internal logic is producing these decisions, it needs to be examined before you keep pushing more frustration onto the people who are still trying to care about this game.
