The main issue with this arc is that you need to kill hostiles to upgrade building, but need to build up the building to kill the hostiles needed. Scopely does not see the issue here? F2p or low spenders under 71 are screwed

Anyone know where you source these duo directives? The chest in refinery pays out diddly squat and requires loot from duo waves. I got enough for 1 pull which isn't even 1/10 of the amount of directives needed for another duo wave
Combine that with 600 hostile kills needed in academy space for a single pull and this arc is just DoA for me
Either I spend several hours a day for months on end to get started with just this 1 loop and maybe things will become easier once I can get the building to level 30 somehow
Or I just ignore it entirely and barely notice I'm missing content

Duo directives in the Academy Refinery. Kill training drones, get Training Merits. Exchange in Academy refinery Training Merits -> Engineering Credits, then Engineering Credits -> Simulation codes. Ridiculously small amounts for the cost of running a duo wave. Ie. they want you to buy directives.
