Anyone else think it’s funny and hypocritical that Scopely sold a lot of Dolamide prime packs back when players figured out they could scrap the ISS jellyfish as part of improving their progression?

But now that same action is being cited as the reason for the current g5 scrap design?

So they use something as a way to motivate for multiple $100 pack per player spend, cite it as reason for a choke point, to which they will likely soon second scrapper, prime scrap speed, prime g5 scrap rewards.

We know Conor has promised to make things better but they will take time. We can accept that. We can accept that the bugs from the battle code update were for the good of the game and worth the few weeks of pain. What we cannot do is simply take away CHOICE from players. Officer Depot tokens. Choice tokens. The upcoming nerf to Alliance Games, sorry, even without seeing it based on all available evidence, its going to be a nerf. Now up to bat is the next weekend spend event where its more than likely without spending significant $$$, you won't do an officer unlock.

The battle passes this month have NONE of the new content, whereas for the last few years, you got about 25 percent of the officer in the 20 dollar track. Going to a random RNG sourcing for painfully small amounts per pull of the featured officer, a chance at many officers I and many others already maxed, seems draconian and punishing. What incentive do I have to spend my time and money on this?

Don't get me wrong...I like the new content, I like G7, I like where the direction of the game as far as the game content is going, but the sheer volume of changes that are only to further monetize the product, take away choice, and ultimately, take away the fun has already lead to widespread quitting in my alliance on server 89, and its just going to get worse. We cannot wait on Billy from Accounting to make decisions.

Please do something now before the orbit decay becomes inevitable.
