Sorry no. The new incursion rules are a slap in the face to players who aren't well equipped for PvP. You don't remove a scoring method that certain players (coughWHALEScough) complain is affecting the scoring "disproportionately." That is NOT balancing the game. If raiding really is disproportionately effective for incursion scoring, just tweak the PvP scoring in Incursion higher to give it more weight.

Yesterday I didn't do any dailles, I found My ship's destroyed popped on a shield and I didn't claim/refine,
I logged back after refresh placed a couple of ship's out, and they were attacked unknown to me "" incursion "" was still in place for 3 more Boring tedious hours I closed the game for 5 ish hours and just put out 2 low grade ship's auto hunting and closed game again

I think Scopley makes these stupid Orion V'ger Hostiles so hard so it pushes people to buy the $20 Bounty. It will get you to the top tiers of the challenge and its "inexpensive". The problem is... Scopley preys on players with the worst intentions and pure greed. Not to say 100% of players fit into this, but a large percent of players... a majority I would say (like myself) tend to exhibit certain OCD and similar tendencies that these companies prey on. We're completionists.... inpatient, and want to win. We're the kind of players that have to get 100% on a stupid lego Star Wars game and collect EVERY canister and lego. They lull us in with "free" rewards and event prizes... Slap a Star Trek-related skin on the same turd, then make it harder and harder to keep up on progress. They push you to level up, then when you get here you come to a grinding halt because you need new materials/resources.... you need that shiny new survey... even though you just spent all your credits maxing the last one that was better in every way.. but somehow cant mine anymore? Its greed on display at its finest!!! Plain and simple. I love this game..... but when a company spends more time pitching and adding sale-tags to everything..... yet the glitches and errors get compounded each and every day. its not a good sign. It was a classic to see the long awaited game released and after a month or so a patch followed. Now you see enormous videogames on the market and patches that are several GBs bigger than the videogame itself.
