Anyways, every mmo has a learning curve for you to go through. reaching the end of that curve requires some dedication and brains, but it's possible. It's fine to not reach the end, but you have to be aware that some content will be made for the late game people. Scopely has made that learning curve not that hard, if you start now and progress at a slow speed while experimenting. Only problem is that no one does that😅

Usually Scopely allows you to have all the options with a little more time.
I.e. there is no "max building points" for example, you don't get blocked from upgrading one building because you upgraded another.

I was fine with it. They did it very carefully altered the Game and it didn't felt bad at all considering how the next Game gave her more time to learn about her. I would have disliked Square Enix choice if they had just afterwards added her without any more Screne Time but the way the Game did evolve because of the decision it's well done. the reality is that there is very little perceived value for what they are offering. i am still trying to figure out why i needed to buy the new ship because it really does a whole bunch of nothing. pack offerings vs new costs in g7 are so bad its unbelievable, yet we are getting squeezed to buy more for less, quite frankly it has made me get to a point where i may only be buying a battle pass and thats from a starting point i was spending quite a bit. cant continue being unstable, broken and then cheap and expect people to spend over a AAA title game multiple times a month
the tiered system for g7 mats efficiencies is a new cute model too. you are now set to get efficiencies for uc g7 mats and then need a separate set of efficiencies for rare. its a cheap shot. im honestly sick of looking at this game and it feeling like scopely is finding ways for us to not succeed in this game and not caring enough to do anything about the issues

I didn’t buy the new ship because the fact that I had to fight support for days just to get about 20% of what I actually lost out on due to the incursions transfer bug (including things I paid real money for!) left enough of a bad taste in my mouth that I can’t justify giving them any more cash, and you’re right, the value for this particular ship just isn’t there.

yep, I hate that new model too, I appreciate that the early months of the newest gen will always be on hard mode and geared towards heaviest spenders but it’s not like they released g7 last month - and even the heaviest spenders on my server have either archived their accounts all together or just stopped spending because they’ve had enough. Apparently the service and engagement on the VIP discord has dropped down to almost zero as well.
I don’t want to be negative all the time, there’s a reason I keep quitting and coming back but I’ve been around a while and I just don’t think it’s ever been this bad

i refuse to buy packs for mats. the numbers dont even make sense anymore. less than 4k mats per $100 and my academy cost me roughly 70k in the same mats. essentially they are asking me to not go on vacation for an academy building.

as someone who actually got to play the new format, yeah, it was… not good. I hope they never attempt it again. it was incredibly boring and we told them like an hour in the scoring was totally wrong and they should pull it and 🤷♀️

i am about to quit playing this game but i thought i would stop by here first to see if i can get on the right path. i am at a point that the only available quests i have available to me keep scaling up EVERY time i level. it is keeping the ships i need to kill to progress beyond what i am capable of, over and over and over again. i have searched every system i can get to into my warp range from the website. the only 3 i have available require prerequisite quests.
the prerequisite quests i cannot find and 2 of them don't even have information on the website.
