Truthfully it is not Scopely's fault entirely, as Scopely really needs to crack the whip and make all 3rd Party Contracted Companies update their Servers when Scopely adds New Content to the gameplay of STFC. Even if it took another hour to update the International Servers, I truly believe we would rather wait another hour for game content to be presented correct as well as addressing all issues of the gameplay all together. Ex. Gameplay Lag etc... There is one thing I do want to address with Scopely, STFC is a product that Scopely is directly responsible for and with any Business your Product defines you and you need to get real busy on update those 3rd Party Contracts as your Product is very poorly functioning as well as to many issues.
