Apparently, the problem had already cropped up during last night’s APAC Incursion – some players were reportedly stuck switching between servers for hours on end. So the issue was known, but there was no solution – and yet they went ahead and launched the EU Incursion anyway. And apparently without any supervision in place or community managers on duty who could respond or at least reassure people. To be honest, I don’t know wha i should say about....
