Items in 11 faction stores (some with multiple sub-menus), 24 refinery sections, 5 gift chest sections, Archives, daily goals, challenge track, away teams missions, 5 artifacts claim sections, 7 recruit sections, 20 alliance section claims, 4 claims in consumables, 4 claims in Territory, 2–4 claims in the Away Teams store, plus any loot boxes or event rewards.
That's every single day, before I can touch one ship. How does that seem sane or reasonable?

I call back ships from mining at start. While they come back I finish gift and etc section. When they arrive I send them to mine and the battleships to systems I want to play in. While they fly I finish faction section. By the time ships arrived, so I pick nodes, and pick 18 hostiles with kirshara. I finish refinery section. And for last I finish with the rest of the hostiles.

only way to score 11 mil points is if you camped for 9~10 months at ops69 with min-maxing every loop that gives mats and parts.
