I don't like doing surges or waves any longer - because you never know when the lag will hit you. Combat will take twice as long or your game will restart for no reason.

Yeah I get directives back but I want rewards not wasting time doing something that doesn’t work. Dauntless same. Pause them, give weekly payouts then enable when fixed. Annoying wasting time then given starts / directives to waste more time.

Before asking for a new feature like that, I’d be far more interested in them fixing at least a few of the mountain of bugs in some of the newer content. Maybe have the dauntless actually perform properly in surges, or outposts that don’t skip hostiles (resulting in lost loot for directive spend), or client/server interactions that break the kir’shara? I could go on, but the point is new feature requests take dev time that the majority of us would rather have spent correcting the recent and broken content

I have teammates that aren’t even g5 yet, that use the NX-01 to reach the lvl 60 g5 systems.
They start the rare or epic armadas, knowing they can’t win without help.
And they expect the bigger players in the alliance, like me (Ops 56+) to drop whatever I’m doing in game to help them.
They never ask for help, they just start the armadas and expect to get carried.
It’s rather annoying and inconsiderate of them.

I’m currently Ops 64 with Ops 65 in progress.
I went through the entirety of g5 last year. I chose to get bigger and get ships that could beat the g5 armadas.
Nothing I can do about teammates that won’t put the effort in to get better ships.

My cube is big enough to “solo” the top g5 armadas.
I’ll have to experiment to see if it can do the job with a loot crew, though.
Last time I used my cube to kill g5 armadas, I used one of my main armada crews.
I keep a loot crew equipped to my cube, for the purpose of farming the cube refinery currency.

Just an fyi, the RSS you get from cutting beam is not boosted by crew. So having a loot crew on cube is self defeating as you will fill up on the ship drops and not the cube stuff you want to acquire.

@queen jolt CoTA's first 4 days used to have Ferengi Tokens as rewards in both the Heroic SMS and SLB. Now with CoTA gone, the only source of the Ferengi tokens would be the Battlepass milestones? Previously on average, players used to get 96k Ferengi tokens from the 4 CoTA heroic SMS and additional from 4 x SLB wins. Active players used to get like 150k+ Ferengi tokens from CoTA alone. WHAT NOW??

hey bro what you described is the more complicated way to write code.

the easiest way is to substract the directives you need to start an armada with the same routine that adds rewards to your account (at the end of a finished armada).

this ensures if you get disconnected during armada or if an error occurs you will not loose any directives and never need to write a support ticket and complain and need to get reimbursed.

this is programmers 101 what you learn your first semester studying programming. 🤣
but obviously programmers at scopely were bought from temu and they also might have skipped school altogether because easy math is a problem too for those guys.
