I think the issue is when someone is only focusing on one player, it's essentially an effort to push them out of the game. As a customer, scopley has a vested interest in making sure one customer isn't chasing off another.
But if that player is just hyper aggressive pvp (some people love breaking pvp light games like stfc and pushing the pvp element) and hits everyone, then that's an issue for the culture of your particular server, and not just a targeted issue.

Then if your alliance has tough enough players, you can ask them to put pressure on the other player to stop. Sometimes that's enough. This is also why big alliances get so big, they can throw their weight around and get compliance from smaller groups and singular players

If your alliance isn't big enough to get the other player in line, they can reach out to a bigger one who might share the issues to work on your behalf. If 3-4 of the servers biggest alliances all have the same problem with the same player, and can't resolve it, then it's probably a big enough issue that scopley might consider direct involvement

That's not really a solution, that's just a reduction of the chance they'll hit. Being a 1 person alliance there's not a lot of reason to suspect they'll follow roe, or even know roe.

I view people like that as intentional bullies - staying low level so they’re barely a target, staying there forever so they’re over powered, and pick on other players. Under thin veil of roe or not

I don’t normally recommend rushing but food for thought, an ops 15 can only attack up to ops 17. So if you went to 18, no more issue from that person.

BUT - pvp will always be a thing. Opc will always be an issue. So you’ll need to learn to deal with it. But if this person is over the top being a nuisance, it’s an option to ops out of the problem

They've had years now to work out the kinks of incursions. It is long since apparent that cross server features never function properly and never will. Whoever if stuck on making these cross server features work is killing the game. Especially with incursions as there is no way to opt out or do anything else it the game because the lag and glitches effect every aspect of the game. There is never going to be a cross server feature worth the amount of reboots I've had to do today for various glitches effecting basic functionality. It's time to let these cross server events go. As well, look to use Tom Paris below decks until you get WOK Carol Marcus and a few of the other WOK below decks officers

Save tokens for Torres as your next "buy". She's going to help a lot on a lot of stuff you do (now and ) later...

The Gorn events will come every week, for a long while (to help you get blueprints).

You'll likely need to work on Combat research as well... but that's just a guess... research typically gets forgotten until a problem emerges

i can confirm on EU 108 server: we dont even have started the Incursion but clicking on an NPC or base takes at least 3-10 seconds to be recognized.

we emptied a defenseless base to get prepared for Incursion and man, this was pity and a waste of playtime. it sucks hard to play STFC these days with all the bugs/issues.

this game is a dumpster fire and i really hope apple does not evaluate the latest build and STFC gets pulled from both stores (apple and google play store) soon.

I went to my dailies which have reset (was expected) but now it says I have to mine 24M/60M for the DAILY.... is that right? Seems like a huge jump to go from having to mine 60K *6 Gas per day to 60M Uncommon Transogen.
