This problem is because there are 3 'effects in this game, hull breach, burn, moral. The 1st 2 is applied to the target, the 3rd, moral, is applied to your ship. When this game dumps an arc to a 3rd party company, they are confused by that subtle difference.

(and the last tuesday on the last day of the month)

then they still usually seem to do it on the first tuesday

so it could go either way

I get the feeling the Orions are the entire reason the Signal Observatory exists. Right now they will likely hammer most people, fast forward 3 months and I don't think the problem will really exist anymore. The fact the silent have been made easier means more people can start getting the RSS to upgrade the Signal Observatory in the first place.

Most of the "Anyone can kill them" is because the power creep is so great that a year from now our 400 trillion ships at Ops 68 won't have any trouble with Orion. Because you'll have "uber artifact" and "thingamajig with +5000000 hargleflargon damage" Like when Iso and Apex first came out and made everything easier, except the hostiles that were meant to be difficult even with it, to a point.

The arena is not working tonight at all. I pick a squad and we get a match. When it goes to launch into the arena it stops loading at 5%. If i reboot i can see the arena but it won't let me send in any ships. This is 2nd time its done this. 2 different teams and 2 different matches. Is this ever going to work??

There is a bug reporting page and a more general feedback page they can go on though. I seriously doubt anything will be done about them failing atm. It's a problem almost everyone including myself have been having for days. It's not just limited to arena.
