Can anyone answer an Amalgam Refinery question ? I have a crapload of skin shard trackers. And in the Amalgam refinery, there are 3 projectile shards. But together with each projectile, there is an additional projectile shard. Is this an "event only" option ? Where do we cash these in ? Tried in the Armoury and no joy.

Lag at reset, and honestly during most of the day, is still awful in EU.
Clicking on a player base has been taking up to 10s to display info all day, and using GS31 beam is another lag fest.

And now Surge is a disaster. Launching it 30 mins later in a desperate attempt not to overload already crippled servers is not really working, and it’s obvious - Dauntless barely work when you want them to, and now we finished, several of our dauntless can’t be stopped, despite restarts, they’re stuck there till their timers run out.

Don’t believe a word of these explanations for the issues at this point, things have not been fixed at all.
I’m more inclined to think that they downgraded the entire server farm for EU on the Monday before the arc started, which is when the horrific scoring issues appeared.
This is just unplayable in many facets of the game now.
Won’t be moving on from 70, g7 is a pay to win bracket, and this experience just isn’t worth any more money. Sad.

Two problems and two potential temporary solutions

1. Problem Dauntless is very buggy in surges. Additionally it has a 10 seconds cooldown to reactivate the ability after manual reactivation.
   Temporary solution: Gift containing much system scans on Sundays + reduce/remove the cooldown
2. Problem: Lag in Surges fights took today ~10s in the surge.
   Temporary solution: increase income of surge starts and the output of surge fragments to make up for the lag.

PS It's exhausting to create support ticket sfor all the current issues.

slower but not to slow, jumping from 39 to 45 is an odd jump. if you are gonna jump then 46 would of been a better number (rare G4 ship).

If you are going to jump maybe 42 to start with, get settled with the many new ships then move forward. otherwise your new ships will just be to weak to do the content

Money spent doesn't matter, it's based on ops level one you have a paid treasury.

I'm not sure I buy that. in my alliance we have some people who have lower ops level and treasury building level.. but high lat payout. one put 80ish in the game, another did hundreds.. and they both have multiple times my lat value.

The free to play players treasury will always have lower rewards. Once that player has spent on a treasury, their next treasury loot will increase. That is what we have been told before and seems to be what we see generally.

t’s a bit case-by-case. If your outpost had an issue, please submit a ticket to our support team. they’ll be able to assist.

Another person submitted a ticket and they asked for screenshots of every instance where the Outpost skipped waves. Thats asking a bit much because nobody watches the outpost for 6 hours..... And if you have one running over night and a ship autofarming you have no clue whether you finished all 72 waves, waves being skipped or outpost ending early. Also for the love of god rework the ticket system. the Amount of times i ended in an auto-reply or a dead end is too high to count. Also i submitted a ticket already with actual video proof of an instance where the outpost skipped a wave via E-Mail and havnt got a reply so far.

I'm having the same problem with a ticket i had to put in on Friday, ive just tried to chase that one up and ended up talking to a bot and now have 2 ticket numbers for the very same issue im trying to resolve.

Nope. It was just that G3 levels of Augment hostiles dropped only common loot, G4 levels only uncommon loot and with each level less and less common loot, G5 levels only rare loot and again less and less uncommon loot and no common one, G6 levels only epic loot and decreasing amount of rare loot, no uc or common. So to keep refinery going, G6 players had to grind in up to 4 different systems to get 4 different types of loot. It was very grindy and not fun, so in Part 2, it was changed that the hostiles do not decrease the amount of previous grade loot and G5 ones had common added, G6 ones had common and uncommon added.
