i think a lot of the issues are with the code, over 7 years some of the code is still original, and they have done many updates with the code they use, and some are not compatable, so ship scrapping may fall in to that,

Hey I found a fix for me at least on an iPhone . I went into App Store looking up stfc. I noticed it had an update even though it already updated in the app itself. I ran that iPhone update in the App Store and now have access. Should work by uninstall and install as well (I assume?). Does not work on pc version though. Not sure why it was not taking that update though the app out of sync.

You claim something at the bottom of a faction store, and after clicking claim, you're at the top of the faction store now, and have to scroll down again to get the next thing.
