"Reactivate" is the wrong word to be used. That means the ship needs to be in the base for the inital buff, but then can be reapplied without returning to base.

I dunno about that. The empty systems is pretty bad, and is being worked on, but we've addressed other issues pretty quickly. The Silent Daily challenge initial difficulty was fixed after one run.

What irks me is tuesday's maintenance lasted 2 hours for a couple of typos
Either Scopely's introducing/changing things in secret or those improvements that were promised to us by Connor are a load of camel dung
Tuesday's fixes are what a single dev in the company I work for would do in less than a day
We've been reporting tons of stuff, you add it to the known issues channel and half of it disappears in obscurity
Not your fault, but somewhere along the chain of information someone is saying "nah I don't feel like it"

The outpost chests are really bad RNG. But you're actually getting loot in the cargo of every retribution hostile you kill. Check your battle logs.

So think of the chests as a nice bonus when they happen, but the bulk is in the regular loot. Which is also why loot crews and exos work on it.

Yes exactly why I'm asking, alliances need to know now, not then. Planning for next season takes place amongst most alliances 1-2 weeks before the reset. Changes with territory services impacts that greatly. So we need to know before hand, not at the time.
