The big issue with Sisko is that you can't easy skill and rank dump on him. The new Sigma Commander Credits are extremely hard to source. And being that there is no in game source for Epic Outhouses... Sigma FC credits will be even scarcer.
Sigma Commander Credits kick in at Rank 2.
Cause I have enough epic and Original command credits that I could have set him up at R20 out the gate if he didn't have a new currency attached to ranking him up.
Luckily there is a conversion for Epic to Sigma in Command Refinery. For 2000 Epic Commander you get 20 Sigma. Every 22 hrs. did I mention Rank 7 is 1500 Sigma...?

plus the XP auto upgrade feature only works for Max upgrades. You cannot do a slider like you can with buildings for example you cannot auto upgrade from 1-10, you have to do it from 1-60 (unless you do it per tier)
