Is there an acceptable reason why the arena is limited to certain times and days. I work night as I’m sure a lot of others do to, so it would be nice to be able to do the arenas at a time when I’m not either getting ready for work or in work where I don’t have the opportunity to do them. I’m sure I speak for others on night shifts too. Why not make it a weekend thing start on a Friday evening and run through till Sunday night. ☺️

we have asked them to increase the impulse cap again so it's easier for f2ps to run from whales and stand a fighting chance. fix matching so lvl v lvl(mods have said it's +/-4 from the leaders lvl but we've proven that doesn't happen at least 50% of the time, just scroll thru the arena channel) and fix lag cuz that's one of the reasons people lose😂

the last one being the least likely cuz the whole game is laggy so id bank on the other 2 but so far they've shown 0 interest in fixing anything in arenas

I’d love to see it change to raided rss docked instead of raided to see how that affects the balance of the event. One sleepy whale with loads of stuff unprotected, or a rogue that gives their stuff away and its lights out for your server. At least then intercepting amalgams whilst defending would have value. Right now if you can’t hit the amalgam before it gets to the victims base then it’s already too late by current scoring metrics and you only get a small amount of points for whatever you steal back when you take it out. Still too heavily swayed in favour of raiding.

I would enjoy incursions more if the PvP side of it was more rewarding on points. I know they tried that but it didn’t go far enough to add the PvP value. I’m a defender not a raider, I like shooting stuff 😂

Yep that would make a difference. I think it does or did score when you dock what you’ve stolen from an intercepted ship (I could be wrong so happy to be corrected if that’s not right).

I think that’s the main issue. With the amalgam or the 68miners+gold skin, the additional loot they take is so massive. If we take those out with a warship, we don’t have the cargo capacity on most ships to make up much of the points disparity between the base attack and ship hit. Defending the raid is fine but preventing the raider from scoring is hard. Even if you used your amalgam to intercept theirs, the extended cargo thing probably doesn’t work because it’s a ship and not a base. I am gauging interest in an idea I have had for quite a while. I was thinking about forming an independent alliance that would be primarily FYE that focuses on events and armadas allowing players to build power without distractions. The ROE would include NO attacking of miners. Attacking miners usually disadvantages weaker players and is generally unfair. Often this causes these players to quit the game. No attacking of players unless in an event or approved by alliance leadership. Ultimately players would focus on their game building and educating others in the alliance. This is a stupid comment because I'm not complaining about it being a war game, I'm complaining about a mechanic being broken for the sake of an event. If you have a mechanic like shielding that would prevent people from hitting you that you can purchase and use to protect your base, then you create an event that breaks said mechanic, I would say that is the definition of breaking players trust

For in incursions and any other events we celebrate who does the most. Why is there not transparency on who drops their shields, and gives up the resources on purpose? It would greatly benefit the majority of players, and may even curb the ones that thrive on negativity. They would definitely cry about it, instead they play the victim and get away with it.
